      Being a caregiver to someone with a chronic illness can be daunting. The pressure of helping a loved one manage their illness can become overwhelming when the caregiver is only focused on their loved one. In order for caregivers to keep their own health in top shape, finding ways to care for themselves is critical.

      What are some ways that caregivers can take care of themselves? Is there a method of self-care that has proven to be life-changing for you, as a caregiver?
