      I love to dance, hike, walk on the beach and ride my bike. I used to get tons of bleeds and I would exercise for 3-5 days and then need to be off my knee (target joint) for two weeks for it to heal. Moving to prophy made a huge difference for me. I am now able to exercise pain-free and it has been so good for my physical and mental health.

      Exercise is very important in hemophilia. But, some exercise might result in bleeds. How do you exercise?  Are you afraid to exercise? What has been successful for you?
