      The new year is a time for resolutions. Losing weight, eating healthier, and exercising are a few of the top resolutions made by thousands, perhaps even millions of people. The third week of January, January 16-22 is National Healthy Weight Week. Having a bleeding disorder and being overweight is not an ideal situation.

      Are you working to lose weight this year? What are some strategies you have adopted to help you be successful in your weight loss journey?
