When living with an inhibitor, tracking inhibitor levels with Bethesda Units (BUs) is part of the journey. With the advent of new treatments, sometimes the goal of tolerization is not as important as long as the patient’s quality of life is improving.

Are BU’s still as important in your journey, or do you base improvement on your quality of life?
