  Where did my hemophilia come from?

  Does a factor deficiency run in your family? Do you know who you inherited hemophilia from? How has knowledge of inheritance impacted you? My nephew says he does not want to have kids because he does not want to pass hemophilia to others, yet my sister was okay with having children and taking the risk. Hemophilia is in our family and both my sister and I got mild hemophilia from our father.
